This project won the @adesignaward international interior design competition in the Interior Space and Exhibition Design category.

Our Royal Apartment project was selected from several hundred participants from all over the world.
they didn't think about how to name the project for a long time - The style of the apartment implies many elements of gold, which is inherent in royal luxury, as well as the name of the residential complex in which this apartment is located “Royal Tower”, so the name came by itself
The design of the Royal Apartment was inspired by contemporary art in the form of metal products, a visit to the Italian exhibition ISALONI and light motives of ART DECO.
We have combined comfort, simplicity and luxury in a small space.
Renovation made in the style of modern classics with art deco elements. The walls of the apartment are decorated with paintings by Ukrainian artists.
First of all, it was necessary to achieve spaciousness and functional layout. Tk originally had a long narrow corridor, a small living room, a very large bedroom As a result of the work, an apartment with an area of only 64 square meters has a spacious kitchen-living room of 33 meters, a bedroom of 18 meters, a bathroom of 7 meters, a dressing room of 6 meters.
A distinctive feature of the design in the project were experiments with handmade metal elements, a non-standard combination of marble-like tiles and gold-like mosaics in the bathroom. For the faucets in the bathroom we chose the golden collection of the Italian company Bugnatese.
For a more comfortable life, we installed a “smart home” system with an electric curtain function, an “anti-flood” system and a playlist transfer from a smartphone to a “home theater” system.
To increase the feeling of space, a large number of mirrors were used and, of course, paintings by Ukrainian artists as accents
More than 50 professionals of various specialties worked on the project. These are builders and tilers and electricians and plumbers and specialists in furniture, in laying parquet boards according to the “smart house” system for working with marble with metal, and decorators and many others.
In our company sksdesign, the team works like an orchestra - together we produce a symphony that becomes a masterpiece.
The project was completed in 4 months.
