Kiev contemporary

Apartments "Kiev Contemporary". The maximum utilization of the usable area of ​​62 m² was realized, not a single extra meter, the whole area was used: a separate bedroom with a wardrobe, bedside tables and a table; a kitchen-studio with two refrigerators and a marble top, a separate dressing room with a section for everyday life, a bathroom with a bathtub, about 12 types of lighting scenarios, adjustable curtains with a remote control, fireplace, home theater. This and much more made this solution one of the favorites and served as the basis for one of three basic design projects that the customer can choose from SKS. Year of implementation by SKS: 2017.
