Boulevard of Fountains

In this project, the main thing was to achieve a spacious and functional solution in the layout. As a result of the project, the apartment with a total area of 173.87 m2 has a very cozy and spacious kitchen-living room, which is the focal point of the apartment's interior, with a comfortable spacious sofa opposite the TV area, and a functional kitchen with an island. The apartment is equipped with three bedrooms, three dressing rooms and a laundry room. The apartment area was planned as efficiently as possible.

In this layout and design of the apartment, we tried to combine comfort, space and luxury, combined with modernity in the interior.
The use of veneered panels in combination with decorative wall baguettes and mirror panels used on some walls give the interior coziness and harmony, combined with interesting lighting solutions.
Also, the main accent of this interior is a marble wall panel near the TV area. This solution is very harmoniously combined in the interior and becomes a key element of the living room design.

The color scheme of this project is dominated by gray and beige shades with elements of gold.
