Royal Grey

First of all, it was necessary to achieve a spacious and functional layout. As a result of the project, the 133 m2 apartment has a spacious kitchen-living room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and two dressing rooms. The space was planned as efficiently as possible.

In this apartment we have combined comfort, space and luxury. The design was based on Modern Classics with Art Deco elements. We supported the style with gilded handles, decorative fabric panels, decorative wall baguettes and used veneered panels on some walls. In the bathrooms, golden Italian plumbing was chosen. All doors are flush-mounted. The kitchen was visually separated from the living room by a bar counter. Marble was chosen for the decoration, thus turning the kitchen into a Piece of Art.

The color scheme is dominated by gray and beige colors with elements of gold. The energy of the apartment is created by gentle, natural shades, as well as paintings by Ukrainian artists, specially painted for this design.
